We thought we had lost this recipe from my Ma Ma, but after several years of trying, Linda nailed it. See if you agree. (Cook's note: Store bought pimento cheeses have anti-clumping ingredients added to them. We suggest you let this sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes if you want to use it as a dip. It makes fabulous sandwiches as well)
